Electric vehicles are particularly quiet.

This system enables you to warn other road users of your presence - especially pedestrians and cyclists.

The system is activated automatically when the engine is started. The sound is triggered when the vehicle speed is between about 1 and 19 mph (1 and 30 km/h).

Warning noise selection

To select the sound:

- with the engine started, engage forward gear (D or B) or reverse gear (R);

- drive at a speed of at least 0.6 mph (1 km/h) to trigger the sound of the pedestrian horn;

- immobilise the vehicle (without switching off the ignition);

- press and hold the switch 1. The different sounds offered by the system will sound in succession;

- release the switch 1 to select the sound of your choice.

Operating faults

When the system detects an operating fault, the warning light 2 on the switch 1 flashes.

Consult an approved dealer.

The warning light 2 for the switch 1 illuminates only in the event of a system failure. In all other cases, it remains off.
