Rear headrests

To raise the headrest

Simply slide it up.

To lower the headrest

Press the tab 1 and lower it simultaneously.

To remove the headrest

Raise the headrest then press tabs 1 and 2 to release it.

To refit the headrest

Insert the rods into the holes, with the notches to the front, and lower the headrest to the desired height by pressing tab 1.
WARNING
The headrest is an important safety component: ensure that it is in place and in the correct position. The top of your head should be in line with the top of the headrest. The distance between your head and section A should be as short as possible.
