“Connected Services Z.E.”

Reserved for electric vehicles, these services allow you to locate a recharging terminal, view its availability and the specifications of the recharging stations.

They include on-board vehicle services and other services accessible from outside the vehicle (mobile phone and Internet).

From your vehicle

Your R-LINK multimedia system is compatible with your telephone for listening to music, monitoring traffic information in real time, using your apps, displaying your contacts and many other services...

“Z.E. Trip”

This app in your vehicle’s R-LINK multimedia system can be used to locate a recharging terminal, view its availability in real time and the specifications of the recharging stations. Refer to the “Charging Station” section.

For safety reasons, carry out these operations when the vehicle is stationary.

“MY Renault”

From your mobile app you can:

- check the status of your battery;

- programme charging;

- start and programme the air preconditioning;

- find available recharging terminals nearby;

- plan a route, identifying the recharging terminals along your route;

- and many other services...

Note: Charge programming is only available on ZOE fitted with the R-LINK multimedia system.

Air pre-conditioning management is only available on KANGOO Z.E. fitted with the R-LINK multimedia system.
